Saturday was a lazy day! I quite enjoy my lazy days from time to time. With it being so hot, I was either in the pool or sitting very still on the bottom level of the house. There is no air conditioning in the family home, so when you try to cool down, you just find the coolest spot. Gregorio and I had another English lesson. We played memory, and he had to teach me how to play using English. He just gets better everyday with his English. I just need to work on his English public speaking because he won't speak English to anyone but me!
After our English lesson, I helped Michela make spring rolls. She absolutely loves to cook, and it was fun to help her. We chopped vegetables, mixed them with seafood, and let them cook for awhile. Once that was ready to go, then it was time to roll the spring rolls. The spring rolls were quite easy to make, but chopping vegetables are just not my thing!
