Since being in Potenza Picena these past few days, it has been the most relaxed I have been in a long time. The Boccaccini family and I have picked up just where we left off, and it is like we have not skipped a beat. It has been pretty low key, which I can appreciate, especially with a bunch of major travel plans coming up in a few days.
So to recap on what I have been doing...

I have been able to have lunch with Alfredo's family a few times. They are the nicest people who have so graciously brought me into their home. I hope to see them again next year! I have been part of the big dinners at the Boccaccini home. The most amazing part of the Italian culture that I have come to love is how often they get together with family and friends. It is almost daily where they are breaking bread together and enjoying each other's company. The lifestyle is laid back. They work, but they also understand the importance of being with the people in their life. So suffice it to say, it's been a great few days!
