Goodbye Potenza Picena!

Today is it!  The last day in Potenza Picena, at least for this summer.  I got to spend the morning in the office with Gregorio.  We had our English lesson while Michela was doing work.  The English lesson consisted of Gregorio teaching me how to play Pokemon cards.  Yes, you heard correctly.  Pokemon cards.  I had no idea they were even still around.

Playing Cards
After some Pokemon, we decided to make a nice case for his cards using the fabric around the office.  Somehow Gregorio got styrofoam in his hair.  We did clean up the mess we made, and the styrofoam that got in his hair.

We headed to the grandparents house for lunch.  It was nice to say goodbye before we leave for vacation tomorrow.  I was able to see Gregorio's aunt and cousins too.  The family is just too sweet.  After a long morning and lunch, we headed home.  I took a little nap because I was tired, and I woke up to have a little afternoon caffe.  Italian caffe is a lot stronger than American caffe!  It has a zing to it that will just wake you up.

After the caffe, somehow Gregorio's friend, Edo, got thrown into the pool.  It was all Gregorio.  To get some payback, I helped Edo get Gregorio.  The next thing you know the boys are after me, so I just jumped in to get it over with.  With all that excitement, we even got Nina to swim in the pool with us one last time this summer (at least for me that is).

After recovering from the play with the boys, I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunset and dinner with the family.  Thanks for the lovely evening Potenza Picena. Until next year!

My favorite view!
